Updates
Attach files or images to support requests
You can now add attachments when raising a support ticket, giving support agents more context to resolve issues.
Refunded amount added to exports
Blink Card transaction CSV exports now include a column showing refunded amounts, making reconciliation easier.
SMS number validation
Invalid phone numbers now show an error and cannot be used when sending or resending paylinks by SMS.
Clearer Open Banking statuses
Statuses and hover text have been updated across transaction history, Requested payments and success pages to give clearer progress messages.
SMS country list updated
Taiwan has been removed from SMS country options on Request a payment and Payment preferences pages.
Clearer repeat payment instalment limits
Custom instalments are now capped at 300.
Bug fix
Correct user shown for batch payments
The Created by field now shows the user who actioned and charged a batch, not the uploader.
