Optional refund reference added for receipts

(for Bink Payment and Blink-Only accounts)
Merchants can now include an optional refund reference field on the Blink card transaction page. This reference will appear in both the transaction history and on the receipt. This enhancement improves transaction tracking and receipt clarity. The field is not mandatory; refunds can still be processed without it.
